MNA's 60th Anniversary Odyssey Join former MNA Trustee Dave Wendling and MNA volunteer Tina Patterson on a special 60th anniversary Odyssey tour of some of MNA’s finest and most exceptional sanctuaries. Throughout 2012, the Odyssey tour will stop at all 20 of the MNA ‘showcase’ sanctuaries found across the state. These sanctuaries were chosen for their unique features and educational value, as well as ease-of-access for all MNA members and friends. Johnson as New Executive Director Garret comes to MNA with more than 10 years of experience in conservation and land protection, most notably with The Nature Conservancy (TNC) Michigan chapter where he was the assistant state director. He also has experience with The Economic Alliance for Michigan and the Michigan House of Representatives. "I'm delighted to be joining the Michigan Nature Association, and excited about tackling the challenges ahead," Garret says.
